An Invitation To Evaluate An Innovative Tool That Puts Your Thoughts On Mute
While This Announcement Is Directed To Practitioners Of Tibetan Dzogchen Meditation, This Tool Works To Immediately Quiet Your Mind, No Matter What The Context Is.
As the title says, I am looking for a group of people to evaluate an innovative tool that puts your thoughts on mute. While the impetus for using this tool is primarily directed towards practitioners of Dzogchen Trekchö, I believe it can help all meditators to achieve a quiet mind. I also see its usefulness beyond meditation, to any and all who suffer from an overactive mind, drowning in repetitive thoughts, or constantly mulling over some past events.
If you are interested, please subscribe to a free account, if you are not currently a subscriber. Then contact me via email (James at this website) and provide me with some background information – your name, where you are in the world, a general description of your meditation practice and challenges, if any, and tell me why you want to do this, if it is other than achieving a quiet meditative mind.
I am asking you for this information so that I can see any particular trends that might help me to better focus this technique.
I will contact you and provide you with the URL for the video file. The instructions for its use, and a description of the technique, are found in the article Gaze Initiation Via FSR Images. Please note that I have to give you access to the full article, via a complementary upgrade, and permission to download the video before you can start using it. Anyone can read the introductory description in the article above, before deciding.
You can contact me either via comments to the article, if they are of a general nature, or via email. Commenting requires a paid or complementary subscription.
If you are looking for an in-depth description of how this tool actually works, it can be found in my PhD dissertation, which paid or complementary subscribers can download here.
Thank you for your time, and I am looking forward to working with you. Please share this with anyone you know who may be interested.
James
